Delivery methods

Because of martial law, we only ship to places where Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta branches are currently working.

Delivery takes 1 to 5 business days to a parcel locker or branch. The cost depends on the rates of the chosen carrier.

Free delivery for orders over 500 UAH to a parcel locker or branch.

How an order is processed

Once you place your order, our managers start processing it right away.

If all details are correct (please double check them when ordering), the order is confirmed automatically without a call from a manager. You will receive an SMS saying the order has been passed to the warehouse for shipping.

Then expect:

• An SMS with a tracking number if you chose delivery to a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch.
• A call from the courier if you chose Nova Poshta courier delivery.

If important information is missing from the order, a manager will call you to clarify the details.

Payment methods

Payment is agreed during confirmation: the manager will send bank details or a link to pay by Visa or Mastercard.
